The new tour ‘ArchichefNight Italy 2018’ begins in Milan on Wednesday 28th February. Trattoria Trombetta hosts the first evening of the dinner-event, which also this year will involve each night five architectural practices competing in the kitchen for realizing a dish representing their studios. After the Milan event, the tour 2018 will be held in Rome, Genoa, Bari and Venice.
