After the great success of the two Milan editions, ShortCookingRaces, the quick culinary competitions, arrive for the first time in Amsterdam.

The event will be hosted at the flagship store SieMatic in the Dutch capital and will involve 3 of the most important architectural practices of the city competing in the kitchen.

The initiative will be coordinated by Stefan Van Sprang, 2 starts Michelin Chef at Restaurant Aan de Poel, and judge at Masterchef Netherlands.
